Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. User Accounts and Content Submission

1. Account Creation and Use

By creating an account on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, display name, email address, LinkedIn profile (if provided), and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

2. Content Submission

Users may publish articles, posts, or other content on our platform. By submitting content, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of such content or have the necessary rights and permissions to publish it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on our platform.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to posting defamatory, abusive, or infringing material.

You agree not to impersonate any individual, misrepresent your identity, or provide false information.

4. Financial Recommendations

You agree that you will not post any investment, stock market, or financial recommendations unless you are duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other relevant regulatory authority. Any user-generated content that may appear as financial advice will be the sole responsibility of the author.

5. Content Review and Removal

While we may review user-submitted content, we are under no obligation to monitor all content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform, including its design, logos, and original content (excluding user submissions), remains our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not assume responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on user-submitted content. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content they publish.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms & Conditions or poses a risk to the platform’s security or integrity.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.

You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Dummy Portfolio Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The Service — What It Is

The Service provides simulated trading, educational content, portfolio tracking, market data, charts and related features that allow users to buy, sell, and manage virtual (simulated) shares and instruments using fake currency (collectively, “Simulated Trading Features”).

Key points:

Simulated trades are for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

No real funds are used and no real financial transactions occur through the Service unless we explicitly provide a separate, opt-in live-broker integration and you complete any required agreements with that third party.

Market data and prices shown in the Service may be delayed, aggregated, incomplete, or otherwise not reflective of real-time market conditions.

Not all stocks, instruments, or exchanges are available on the Service; availability is subject to change.

3. Simulated Funds, Orders & Market Behaviour

Orders placed via the Simulated Trading Features are simulated and are not transmitted to any real exchange or broker unless explicitly stated.

Simulated executions do not replicate real-world factors such as market liquidity, slippage, bid/ask spreads, commissions, taxes, margin requirements, partial fills, or execution latency.

Results on the Service may not predict or reflect real trading outcomes. Any similarity between simulated performance and real performance is coincidental.

4. Market Data & Accuracy

We may provide market data, quotes, news, charts, or analytics from third-party providers. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of market data. You should not rely solely on data from the Service when making real investment decisions.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to access, harvest, scrape, or otherwise obtain data from the Service except through features we expressly provide.

Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, rankings, or simulated markets through fraudulent means (including creating multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes).

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent security features of the Service.

Use automated scripts, bots, or other systems to interact with the Service unless expressly permitted.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Use the Service to promote or facilitate trading in real accounts or to solicit investments from other users without appropriate licensing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and accurate personal information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete details during registration and to update them as necessary.

Email verification is mandatory for account activation. We require users to verify their email address to prevent fake registrations, spam accounts, fraud, hacking attempts, and automated attacks that could compromise the security and stability of our servers.

Accounts that remain unverified for more than 7 days after registration will be automatically deleted. Once deleted, your data and simulated portfolio activity may not be recoverable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access or activity, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe they violate our Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive or unverified beyond the permitted period.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Service is provided free or with paid features described on our site. Any paid features, fees, or subscription terms will be presented separately and require your consent.

All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the applicable payment terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Service are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property except as permitted by us in writing.

By submitting content (comments, tutorials, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

9. User-Generated Content & Community Features

The Service may permit user-generated content (UGC) such as comments, posts, and simulated portfolios. UGC reflects the views of its authors, not necessarily ours.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove UGC that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

10. Integrations & Third-Party Services

If you choose to link or integrate third-party accounts (social logins, brokerages, analytics tools), you authorize us to access data from those services as permitted by the provider and your consent.

Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their actions or data handling.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS CREATES A FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND US.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS/USD (or INR equivalent), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If local law prohibits certain liability limits these will apply only as permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

your violation of these Terms,

your use of the Service,

your breach of any representations or warranties, or

your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store information. By using the Service you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications to Service & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you (email or prominent notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

On termination you must stop using the Service. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

18. Severability

If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
